Values and Behaviours Study - Intitial Findings
Almost 50% of Managing and Senior Partners agree that poor behaviour in their firm is often tolerated, especially in those who are high billers: this was one of the most telling of the initial findings from a study that KermaPartners has been conducting with larger firms over the past eight months. It is an indication, perhaps, that leaders are still struggling to gain full acceptance from their colleagues for a cultural code within their firm – a failing that firms also understand may be damaging their overall business profitability.
